About Me
I’m Lyndell Drever, and I live on a grain farm with my husband, our two wonderful kids, and animals. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been deeply intuitive and sensitive, always drawn to helping and connecting with others. My journey into healing work started as a massage therapist, later expanding into equine sports therapy.
Life has a way of guiding us down unexpected paths, and for me, that came—quite literally—with a kick to the head from a horse I was working on. This ended my journey in equine sports therapy. After multiple dislocated shoulders and surgeries, I had to step away from massage therapy. While it was a difficult transition, it opened the door to something profoundly meaningful: social work and spiritual direction.
Social work allowed me to connect with many different people in various circumstances and roles, and always reminded me how we are all here on Earth with our own struggles and journeys and aren't supposed to do it alone; we need one another. Spiritual direction was a beautiful gift that helped me reconnect with my true inner self. It gave me the confidence to listen deeply, trust my intuition, and step fully into who I am meant to be. It also reinforced my belief in holding space for others, particularly those navigating grief. I have been holding space for people’s grief for the past 17 years, 7 of these for individuals grieving the loss of a beloved companion animal.
Yet, even as I supported others, I saw how much our bodies are affected by unprocessed emotions, stress, and trauma. I realized how much I missed the magic of the body and its innate ability to heal. My own healing journey took a challenging turn when I developed trigeminal neuralgia—an excruciating condition caused by that same horse kick. In search of relief, I turned to craniosacral therapy as a last resort. To my amazement, it helped immensely. I was so inspired that I knew I had to dive into the training myself.
At the same time, I was also battling endometriosis. After years of struggle and multiple surgeries, I traveled to Romania for surgery and had my pudendal nerve decompressed as part of my treatment. The recovery was long and painful—over 18 months—but during that time, I discovered Spinal Flow Technique. It was a game-changer, reigniting my belief in the body's ability to heal. I began studying Spinal Flow last April, then traveled to Mexico for an immersive experience in November.
Beyond these challenges, I also lived with an autoimmune disease for 12 years. But through the healing modalities that have become my passion I’m living a much healthier and happier life. These therapies helped me release stored stress and trauma, reconnect with my innate wisdom, and tap into my body’s natural ability to heal.
Today, I am beyond grateful to be part of these incredible modalities. My passion is to help people reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and come home to their true selves. Healing is not just possible—it’s our natural state.
Don’t wait for tomorrow or look for another “quick” fix to help you feel better. Each day is truly a gift-an opportunity to listen, to connect, and to heal. Your body, mind, and soul are always speaking to you, guiding you back to balance and wholeness. Give yourself the gift of healing today. You are worthy of feeling your best, of stepping into your true self, and of living with freedom, joy, and vitality.
I would love to support you on your journey back to health, balance, joy, and wholeness!
